History of the institution

University established in 1950's mainly for educating students as new staff for heavy machinery, transport industry and energetics for the manufacturers in the region; in since 1990's diversification of R&D fields to ICT, mechatronics, cybernetics, design, social sciences, humanities and law. Areas of research: - Digitization - Materials - Energy - Health - Mobility - Social Sciences

History of RO

Department established 2013; experience based on Intellectual Property Rights management, licensing outputs of public funded R&D projects, good client portfolio in contractual research. Our mission is to transfer the results of research and development from laboratories to the market. We strive to develop cooperation between our top research teams and industrial partners. We represent a single point of contact for effective communication between our researchers and both the commercial and non-commercial entities.
